The Rochester Knighthawks unveiled the year-end award winners for the 2024-25 season ahead of Saturday’s regular-season finale against the Toronto Rock, honoring the top individual performances and contributions by the Knighthawks players.

Unsung Hero (voted on by the fans) – Taylor Jensen
Presented annually to the player who exhibits courage, enthusiasm and love for the game of lacrosse.
Chopper’s Community Champ (voted on by Knighthawks organization) – Thomas McConvey
Presented annually to the Knighthawks player who is deemed to have contributed the most humanitarian service to the Rochester community during the course of the season.
Teammate of the Year (voted on by Knighthawks organization) – Riley Hutchcraft
Awarded to the player who exhibited a team-first mindset and is beloved in the locker room.
Defensive Most Valuable Player – Rylan Hartley
Presented to the player whose defensive performance constantly exceeded excellence and was the most impactful to the organization.
Offensive Most Valuable Player – Connor Fields and Ryan Smith
Presented to the player whose offensive performance constantly exceeded excellence and was the most impactful to the organization.
