The Rochester Knighthawks are proud to be active members of the Greater Rochester Area and surrounding Western New York communities. The Knighthawks are proud to team up with numerous business and community partners, schools and other charitable organizations to enhance the quality of life in the surrounding communities through various fundraisers. Knighthawks Community Programs:

Lacrosse 101

Lacrosse 101 teaches kids about the game of lacrosse and allows them to use a lacrosse stick for the first time. As part of the program, members of the Knighthawks will arrive at schools or summer camps with sticks, nets and balls. Each kid will receive lacrosse instruction and a ticket voucher for a 2019-20 home game. The program is sponsored by Villa of Hope.

Anti Bullying

Knighthawks players will provide students with signs of bullying and how to handle bullying situations. The players encourage kids to sign an anti-bullying pledge, which is included in an anti-bullying booklet. The booklet also features a ticket voucher for a 2019-20 home game. The program is sponsored by Wellington Steele & Associates and Villa of Hope.

Healthy Hawks

Healthy Hawks is designed to educate students on the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The event includes a question and answers session with a Knighthawks player. Students receive a booklet containing healthy facts, ways to stay active, recipes and a voucher good for a Rochester Knighthawks home game.
