Rochester Knighthawks General Manager and Vice President of Lacrosse Operations Dan Carey announced today that the team has acquired forward Brandon Robinson from the Buffalo Bandits in exchange for defenseman Thomas Whitty.
Robinson, 28, spent the last two seasons with the Bandits, during which he recorded 38 points (22+16) and 70 loose ball recoveries in 23 games while helping the team to back-to-back NLL championships in 2023 and 2024.
The 6-foot-3, 200-pound forward has amassed 58 points (31+27) and 139 loose ball recoveries in 40 career NLL games, including 10 points (4+6) in 10 games as a rookie with the original Knighthawks during the 2018-19 campaign.
The Pickering, Ontario, native was originally a fourth-round selection (33rd overall) of the New England Black Wolves in the 2016 NLL Entry Draft.
