Youth clinic, powered by the Rochester Knighthawks, is open for boys and girls ages 6-12 years old who are new to the game of lacrosse

The US Lacrosse, Greater Rochester Chapter, is pleased to announce today that registration is now open for their Youth Clinic, powered by the Rochester Knighthawks.

Aspiring lacrosse players will have the chance to learn the game from certified US Lacrosse youth coaches and several current Knighthawks players on Saturday, Feb. 29 from 2:45 to 4:15 p.m. Boys and girls – ages 6 to 12 years old – who are new to lacrosse, will have the opportunity to try the sport on the turf at Segar & Sciortino Field at The Blue Cross Arena.

The cost is $20 per registered player and includes an hour-long instructional clinic, a US Lacrosse reversible pinny and a ticket to the that night’s 7:00 p.m. National Lacrosse League game between the New York Riptide and Rochester Knighthawks. Additional tickets for family members are available for $12. Registration is limited to 80 players. Each participant must bring a stick.
