Mike Danger and Gene Battaglia, hosts of The Sports Bar radio show on 95.7 FM/950 AM The Fan Rochester, will broadcast live from the event from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., including a live segment with a Knighthawks player at 4:05 p.m.
“Partnering with the Knighthawks on a special beer is a tremendous honor,” said Daniel Nothnagle, President of Three Heads Brewing. “The Knighthawks are an integral part of the fabric of the Rochester area. Our goal is to bring lacrosse and beers fans together to celebrate this Rochester Icon.”
Knighthawk Hazy IPA is brewed to be juicy. Loaded with Citra and Mosaic hops, the notes of mango, papaya and citrus are a delight for senses. Set on a soft and fluffy background, the mouthwatering fruit flavors of this Hazy Hawk beg for another taste.
“We’re very excited about this new collaboration and for the debut of the Knighthawk Hazy IPA,” said Knighthawks Interim Vice President of Business Operations, Chad Buck. “What better way to usher in the upcoming season of Knighthawks lacrosse than with a new specialty brew that promises to be an instant favorite and one we’re excited to offer on game-nights this season.”
The special-release brew will be available for purchase on draft and in-can exclusively at Three Heads Brewing and participating Wegmans locations around the Greater Rochester Area. The Knighthawk Hazy IPA will also be available for all events at The Blue Cross Arena beginning on Wednesday, Nov. 22 when the Rochester Americans host the Laval Rocket in a pre-Thanksgiving Day American Hockey League contest.
Three Heads Brewing is located at 186 Atlantic Ave. in Rochester.
