Thank you for being part of the Knighthawks family! As we prepare for the upcoming season, we want to keep you informed and answer some of the most common questions we’ve recently received from our Season Ticket Members.

Below you’ll find a helpful FAQ section with updates on deposits, benefits, and timelines. As always, we’re grateful for your continued support and excitement as we build toward the new season.

Season Ticket Member FAQ

  1. Can I change my seats after placing a deposit?
    Yes. Deposits secure your place in line for season tickets. If you are happy with your current seats, you will keep them. If you’d like to change your seat location, the new Ticket Sales team will provide the opportunity to review and select your new seats during the upcoming selection process.
  2. What are the Season Ticket Member benefits and prices?
    The prices listed on our website are accurate for the upcoming season, and Season Ticket pricing will remain the same as last year. A full list of Season Ticket Member benefits will be shared once finalized, but your membership will include exclusive perks and access.
  3. When will the schedule be released?
    The league schedule is typically announced in early to mid-September. We’ll share it with you as soon as it’s available so you can start planning your game nights.
  4. I’m a new buyer—can I pick my exact seat now?
    Not yet. Deposits currently secure your priority in the seat selection process. Once the selection period opens, you’ll be able to choose your specific seats in the arena.
  5. What is the timeline for the new staff to be in place?
    We’re actively building our new staff. While we don’t have a firm date yet, we’ll provide updates as soon as possible. In the meantime, the Amerks staff is available to assist with any immediate questions.
