Assisted Listening Devices
Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) are available free of charge at the Box Office for all events. You will be asked to leave your credit card or photo identification as a deposit for the device. A central FM transmitter services all seating areas.
ATMs
Advantage Federal Credit Union ATMs are available in the following locations: Street Level adjacent to the Adpro Team Store and Upper Atrium Lobby behind Section 114.
Backstage Passes
Backstage passes are not available through Blue Cross Arena.
Bags
To further ensure the safety of our guests, backpacks will no longer be permitted inside the Arena. Only personal bags, such as medical and/or diaper bags and purses, will be permitted in the venue. All personal bags must be inspected upon entry. Bags should be soft-sided and must completely fit under your seat without blocking the aisle. Backpacks, coolers, duffel bags and briefcases are strictly prohibited. The safety of our guests and staff remains a top priority.
Box Office
Business hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00am to 3:00pm and Saturday’s 10am-2pm. On event days, business hours are 11:00a.m. through the end of the intermission. For your convenience, Blue Cross Arena’s Box Office has Nine (9) ticket windows available in the lobby located to the right as you enter the arena.
Camera Policy
The camera policies are as follows:
Rochester Amerk/Knighthawk games: Flash photography is permitted. Guests may use cameras (including digital) provided they do not obstruct the view of other patrons. In addition, guests and their cameras cannot block aisles or access-ways. Tri-Pods and selfie stickets are NOT permitted.
Guests may only take photos from their seats, and are not permitted to stand next to the glass. Video cameras are permitted during youth hockey only. Only credentialed media are permitted to use approved areas, such as the platforms and glass cut outs. For questions regarding camera policies for other Blue Cross Arena events, please call Administrative office at (585) 454-5335.
Concerts/Events: The policy varies from show to show. Video/audio recorders are prohibited. If cameras are permitted, they are usually limited to 35mm, disposable or digital cameras. No cameras with large/detachable lenses.

Concessions Available
There is a wide range of traditional and specialty food offerings in convenient locations for our guests’ enjoyment. All concession stands are wheelchair accessible. Outside food/drink are not allowed in Blue Cross Arena.
Currency
Concessions stands at Blue Cross Arena will not accept Canadian currency.
Doors
The opening times vary according to the nature of the event and preference of the promoter/artist. Typically times are as follows:
Regular season games for all sports- doors open 1 hour prior to the game time.
Doors for Concerts/Other Events generally open 1-2 hour prior to show start time depending on the event.
Drinking Fountains
Drinking fountains are located in the concourse and are wheelchair accessible.
Duplicate Seat Policy
If tickets are lost or stolen, please contact Ticketmaster Customer Service at 1-800-653-8000.
Elevators
Elevators are available for our Suite holders and patrons who require assistance. These elevators are located in the main lobby and on the Riverside concourse. The elevators stop at all Levels, including the walkway tunnel to the Civic Center Garage. If you need assistance in locating the elevators, Arena representatives are available. All elevators are accessible to guests using wheelchairs, and each elevator is equipped with Braille signs and audible tones.
Emergency Exits
Emergency exits are located throughout the Blue Cross Arena. Arena representatives have been instructed and trained to assist you in evacuating the premises. In case of emergencies, please follow instructions given by the staff.

Escalator
Escalator is located in the main lobby and will take you to the main concourse for easy access to seating and food courts.
First Aid
If you require first aid, please contact the nearest arena representative.
Guest Services
For all Amerk and Knighthawk games, Guest Services is located on the main concourse behind Section 114. Guest Services opens one hour prior to the event and will remain open until after intermission.
Group Sales Information
Enjoy AHL hockey, NLL lacrosse, and family shows at Blue Cross Arena with your family, friends, co-workers, or organization. Your group can witness exciting AHL action and enjoy big savings on your choice of events. It is never too early to place your group ticket order. Ice Rental
We do not do straightforward ice rental, however, there are opportunities for teams to get ice time through the Rochester Amerks group sales department. If you are interested you can contact the Amerks office, (585) 454-5335.
Inclement Weather Policy
There may be instances when inclement weather affects events. Tickets will not be refunded for any event held as scheduled. In the rare event of a cancellation or postponement, Blue Cross Arena will announce policies and procedures at that time.
Lost and Found
You may claim lost items or turn in found items at the Blue Cross Arena Administrative Office, located on the ground floor on Exchange Boulevard. If you have misplaced something, please feel free to contact the Blue Cross Arena Administrative Office at (585) 454-5335.
National Anthem Auditions

Luxury Suites
The Suite Level at Blue Cross Arena contains 25 private luxury suites offering exclusive accommodations and an intimate atmosphere perfect for entertaining business associates, clients, friends, or family. Parking Information
Parking is available in the several ramp garages and surface lots surrounding the Arena. Parking for guests with disabilities is available throughout the surrounding garages and parking lots. The Civic Center parking ramp has parking spaces for guests with disabilities with tunnel access to the arena and easy access to elevators.
Party Deck
The Party Deck is located at ice level in the Blue Cross Arena. The Party Deck features an exclusive setting for special occasions such as sales meetings, birthdays, holidays, parties, or reunions. The Party Deck experience also offers meal and beverage packages, a personal attendant and a great view of the action. For more information please call (585) 454-5335.

Blue Cross Arena reserves the right to deny entry to any person or persons that are in possession of an item(s) that Blue Cross Arena management deems inappropriate. These items may be surrendered for the opportunity for entry to Blue Cross Arena. Items not permitted inside Blue Cross Arena include, but are not limited to, the following:

Public Transportation
The Arena is conveniently located on RTS bus routes. Check route schedules at www.myrts.com.
Refund/Exchange Policy
There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased for events at Blue Cross Arena.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located throughout the concourses. Select restrooms are wheelchair accessible and have baby-changing tables. In addition, wheelchair accessible family restrooms are available behind Sections 111 and 117.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcomed at Blue Cross Arena. Please notify your ticket administrator at the time of purchase so that you may reserve an aisle seat if available.
Smoking Policy
As per Monroe County and New York State Law, smoking is prohibited anywhere in Blue Cross Arena. Violators are subject to possible ejection from the Arena.
The Adpro Team Store
The Adpro Team Store, located in the main lobby, offers a selection of Rochester Americans merchandise, including jerseys, T-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, jackets, and much more for both adult, youth, and infants. The store is open Monday through Friday 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and during home games.
Ticket Scalpers/Brokers
“Scalpers” and ticket brokers are not recognized ticketing agents of Blue Cross Arena. If you purchase lost or stolen tickets from a non-authorized agent, you risk being removed from the seats you are in upon the presentation of a replacement ticket by the legal ticket holder.
Ticketmaster is the sole ticket provider of the Blue Cross Arena. We strongly encourage all patrons to purchase their tickets via Ticketmaster.com or the Blue Cross Arena Box Office.
Third-party ticketing providers (i.e. StubHub, Vivid Seats, Seat Geek) are not affiliated at the Blue Cross Arena and any tickets purchased through these providers is at the customer’s own risk. The Blue Cross Arena will be unable to assist in re-printing any tickets purchased through a third-party ticketing provider.

Wheelchair Information
Wheelchair Entrances
For the convenience of our patrons who use wheelchairs, all entrances in the Blue Cross Arena are wheelchair accessible.
Seating – Wheelchair Accessible
Wheelchair accessible seats are available on all Levels of the Blue Cross Arena.
Companion seats are also available for each reserved seat. All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit as well as for accessibility to restrooms and concession stands. To arrange seating for a group with special needs please call the Administrative office at (585) 454-5335.
